Job Description:  A dispatcher for LDW Group, Inc. works remotely from home and is experienced with telephone customer service, as well as a Live Help customer service chat. A dispatcher connects LDW clients via telephone with the entertainer of their choosing, in a professional manner, after processing their credit card for payment.

Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of clients, entertainers and fellow employees is paramount. The dispatcher position is hourly, starting at $17/hour with a bump to $18/hour after 90 days of continued employment.  There is also a $2/hour shift differential for hours worked between 12am – 8am.

A dispatcher with LDW needs the ability to have  internet and telephone lines separate from their home connections, solely for business purposes.  These are paid for by LDW.

Location:  LDW Group, Inc. is located in Central Massachusetts, however our employees and entertainers are all remotely located. Training is in-person with LDW’s dispatch trainer, at a predetermined location.
